By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including our Return and Exchanges policy, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our web site. 

All SALE ITEMS are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping Policy
All shipping is done via UPS. If the item is in stock, the order will typically ship within 1-3 days. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase. If an item is on back order, we will call or e-mail you with an approximate ship date. We require a signature for all deliveries (You cannot Waive Signature Delivery), and we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. Please reference the chart below for the cost and the type of service. You can choose ground (usually 5-7 business days if the article is in stock. Please note that it may be longer; we cannot control UPS or Express (which is usually 2-3 business days if the article is in stock). Please remember that UPS does not deliver on the weekend or federal holidays. If you order 2-3 day express it may take longer: 2-3 day express applies only to business days. We can also ship your purchase as a gift to another party. At the present time, we are only shipping to the continental US (50 states). Please note UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and on the third attempt the package is returned to GotPURSEonality. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive an online credit for the returned goods. *Please remember that you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from PURSEonality for exchanges and/or edited orders. If an item is on back order, we will call or email you with an approximate ship date. Please note that an item may be out of stock and we make every attempt to contact you the customer in the event of out of stock inventory.

Please note we cannot ship to PO boxes - the delivery address must be a street address. Orders to PO boxes will be cancelled.

All items are well-constructed quality and are listed as described. The colors you see are an approximation of the original colors and may vary with your monitor and/or video card settings. Product descriptions, colors, and may change without notice. All orders and personal information is 100% secure!

Pre Orders
We do take pre orders on some merchandise. If you pre order an item and buy an item that is in stock, we will ship you order minus the pre ordered item. You will not be charged for the pre ordered item until it is shipped.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to a California address will be charged sales tax.

Payment Options 
Online orders are limited to cash in advance, Visa,Master Card, and American Express. Sorry, we cannot accept COD orders.

By surfing, using, browsing or purchasing on our website you are deemed notified of and bound by any changes to our terms and conditions. Gift Certificates
gift certificates can be purchased online in denominations of $50, $75, $100 or $150. You can buy multiples of each denomination. Please include the name of the individual to receive the gift certificates, as they are personalized.

Repair Policy
Quality and customer satisfaction are of the utmost concern to us, and we stand behind the quality of all our products. If the problem is the result of a manufacturing defect, we will happily handle the repair free of charge. Please contact us for assistance at [email protected] Turn-around time for repairs is typically 4-6 weeks,.

Returns and Exchanges: 
GotPURSEonality prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition with original tags within 10 Days and we will provide you with an online store credit, less shipping costs. Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless GotPURSEonality has sent the wrong size or item.

Return Policy Christmas sales:
We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. Items designated as ON SALE and custom-made items (such as personalized merchandise), may not be returned or exchanged. Any returned must be UNUSED, UNWORN, WITH TAGS and in its original packaging, if applicable. All Christmas sales only will have until January 5th to return merchandise. Christmas sales start the day after Thanksgiving. You must put Christmas gift in the message section upon check out. Otherwise, you will fall under the 10 day return rule. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Orders that are refused, returned to sender or never picked up from the postal service will not be issued a refund. 

Please note that jewelry, sale items and special custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased in the boutique in Westlake Village cannot be returned via the internet. Please note that refunds are not permitted.

Web Credits
Upon receipt of returned goods (as per the policies above) the customer will be issued a web credit that can be used to purchase alternative products on Web credits may only be redeemed over the phone by calling GotPURSEonality at 818.879.8101. 

Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items
You may only cancel your order via telephone or fax up to the time the order is shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order, and can only be returned for an on-line credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from. GotPURSEonality may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available - in most instances we will contact you via telephone or email to discuss your order. In the event of partial orders GotPURSEonality will ship the items in stock and remove the out of stock items from your order and send an email confirmation.

Orders with Use of Parental/Guardian Credit Card does not knowingly market to or knowingly solicit information from minors and we will not be held responsible for any credits or refunds if a minor or adult uses their parent/guardians credit card. Minors are ineligible to use our services, and we do not want minors to submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only under the supervision of your parents or guardians. This also applies to adults that use parental credit cards without parental approval. The card will not be refunded or credited and the information will be forwarded to the authorities.

Will my credit card be charged immediately? 
No. Your credit card will not be charged until order is shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we’ve charged your credit card.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
After you have placed your order on-line, you may make changes to your order or cancel all or part of your order at any time by contacting us during our normal business hours. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations or changes on personalized items or fine jewelry once you have placed your order.

Will my order come all at once or in multiple shipments?
Based on product availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you get the latest Must-Haves at your door as quickly as possible. You are not charged any additional shipping fees if your order is sent to you in multiple shipments. If items are sent separately, the shipping cost for your entire order will be allocated over all shipments but not necessarily evenly. This only applies to items ordered together that are assigned the same order number. If you have more than one order open with us, each order is subject to its own shipping costs as quoted on the order confirmation that is emailed to you. We’re sorry, but we cannot combine orders after you have submitted the order on our website.
